Images from the future. How will the world look in 2050
Have you ever wondered where you live you or your children in 2050? Experts anticipate that by then three quarters of the world population will live in cities. BBC tried to find out how urban life will be over 40 years old.
Drona for deliveries
One of the things greatly appreciated townspeople is the delivery of food at home, but like to have it done by a drone? A
manufacturer of pizza delivery drone has already tested and some
believe that these flying machines automatic fill mopeds and bicycles
sky couriers replacing today, BBC, quoted by Tuesday.
Vertical Farms
Forget the skyscrapers that dominate the skyline of our cities. The buildings will be multifunctional and some predict the occurrence vertical farms. Eco-towers provide space for residents, offices, recreation, and food production.
Intelligent Networks
High speed optical fiber will become a standard for the city until 2050, but will not connect only the house, but whatever. All
services, from health, education, administration and utilities to be
connected in the same network that will become the nerve center of the
city.
Intelligent Buildings
Buildings will assume responsibilities will control heat, lighting and safety level with little involvement from man. Architects are considering more sustainable buildings able to produce their own electricity and reuse rainwater.
Buildings may be able to store energy in batteries huge, and homes will refund the excess energy of a smart grid.
Urban spaces
Pedestrians and vehicles will share the space. Spaces for business and leisure production could merge. Eco-factories that produce and sell goods will be standardized, while recreational facilities will be green.
Shopping
Going shopping can be very different in 2050. It is likely that 3D
printers to be available in many stores, allowing people to create
products to order. Robotic assistants will help you find what you were looking for, but will be able and analyze.
The border between the real and virtual will diminish. Products will be presented with the help of huge virtual displays, together with elements of augmented reality.
Sensor Networks
Experts anticipate that everything - from street furniture, roads and homes we live in - will be connected to the network.
All objects will produce a huge volume of data, and some cities may
build the NASA control centers in order to make predictions related to
urban life, including places exposed to crime.
Human network
Citizens will carry any more of a computer - a device such as Google glasses - than a phone.
Robo-taxi
It is possible that the cars drive themselves. Differences between public and private transport will fade and we travel in taxis robotic. Traffic lights will no longer be necessary.
Vill Lights
Imagine that instead of lighting columns roadside trees that guard the
streets will be able to produce your own energy and will light. Cambridge University has shown already, trees luminescent principle that could help save energy.
